Policies

Single Lessons
Payment is due at time of booking. Once lessons are booked, there is no refund or credit for missed lessons, though every effort will be made to reschedule those lessons when given a minimum of 72 hours notice. Any lessons cancelled with less than 72 hours notice will not be made up and full payment is due. To be fair to all of our staff and students, there are no exceptions to the 72 hour cancellation policy.

‍Should a lesson need to be canceled by the studio, you will have the option to reschedule the lesson or receive a credit/refund.

Lesson Subscriptions/Vocal Pro Plus Memberships Automated monthly payment is required with 30 days notice necessary to cancel. Any lesson rescheduling requires 72 hours notice and the lesson must be rescheduled within the calendar month. You are responsible for rescheduling based on your teacher’s availability; which cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, all materials available through the Vocal Pro Deluxe Membership can be used to supplement any missed lessons. There is no carry over of lesson “credits” from one month to the next. To be fair to all of our staff and students, there are no exceptions to this policy.
