Vocal Pro Collective
Vocal Pro Collective is an ongoing monthly membership with automated monthly billing. You may cancel at any time prior to your next billing date to avoid future charges.

Because membership includes immediate access to digital resources, training materials, community features, live coaching opportunities, and other member benefits, payments already processed are non-refundable.

Private Coaching & Vocal Rehabilitation
Once a private coaching or vocal rehabilitation session is booked, payment is non-refundable.

We understand that schedules change and will make every effort to reschedule when a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is provided. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited and full payment is due.

Rescheduling is subject to your coach’s availability and cannot be guaranteed.

If a session needs to be cancelled by Amber Mogg Cathey Voice, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a credit or refund.

Professional Artist Development
Longer-term professional artist development, performance preparation, tour support, and other customized coaching programs may have their own payment, scheduling, cancellation, travel, and rescheduling terms.

Those terms will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement and supersede the general policies on this page when applicable.

Because these programs reserve dedicated time and availability specifically for you, payments and deposits are non-refundable except as otherwise stated in your individual agreement.
